Vacation Time!

We started out the trip in Salt Lake where we met up with our Grandma to have lunch at the Joseph Smith Building. View is at the top of the building looking over beautiful temple square.


Then on up to Malad again for the day, just in time to get the peas ready for Creamed Peas and Potatoes . YUM!



Then it was time to have some fun!! Jills Grandpa builds cabins in Island Park. We were all invited to come and stay for the week. Beautiful!


We went ATV ridin!

Went out on the boat and wave runner!



Went to Yellowstone for the day and saw Old Faithful!

On our way home we stopped in Bountiful, Utah to see some family History sights. Aarons Great, great, great, Grandpa Anson Call was one of the first settlers of the Bountiful area. We saw his Red Brick house that he built back in the 1800's and a cabin where one of his daughters lived. It was real neat!



Also on our way home we went through Zions National Park for Aaron to see. He enjoyed it:)



Beautiful Canyons

4th of July

I have spent every summer of my life in Malad Idaho!:) We had a great time as always! We spent the 4th of July weekend there with the family! It was bitter-sweet to be at Grams house without her there. We went on a drive one day around Malad and Samaria where Grams and Grandpa grew up. We stopped to see the "OREO" cows!

We stopped to see the school where Grandma taught 4th-6th grade. All that remains is a memorial bell.

I use to run in the 4th of July races up at the park every year and this year Hannah ran and did awesome!! She loved it!

Mike, Kara and Kenzie came! So fun to see them! Wish they lived here!:)
